Groupe Conseil CHG was mandated by the regional branch of transportation ministry for the supervision of road rehabilitation on route 199 and Grand-Ruisseau road, in the municipality of Magdalen Islands.
The ressources deployed for this project were involved in coordination meetings, on-field technical supervision, budget and schedule monitoring, amendment and payment recommandation preparation and coordination with the various parties. The different stages of the projets, such as startup, planning, execution, control and closure, were carried out and accomplished thanks to the sustained team effort deployed.
For this particular projet, the distance from office was an issue with which the team successfully dealt, to the client’s satisfaction.
